Welcome to the Bea Bold in Business podcast. My name's Samantha Hearn and I'm the host of this amazing channel. I wanted to bring you a place where you hear from myself and other amazing, inspirational business people on their journey to the success they've created. I wanted to bring you the online journeys to the online successes through Seal and Social Media.

I want to create a place where you hear the struggles people have been through, the challenges, the lessons they've learned, the mistakes they've made, so that you know that ordinary people can create extraordinary things every single day and that it's totally possible for you too. The Bea Bold in Business podcast is a place where you are going to hear real, genuine, what's all stories from some of the most exceptional people in business and how they've succeeded anyway. If you are ready to show up in your business, if you are ready to be bold, if you are ready to learn from your mistakes, if you are ready to bounce back and become more resilient, this is a podcast for you. And me, Samantha Hearn, I cannot wait to welcome you, support you, and power and inspire you and share with you the stories that sometimes don't get shared online and give you this real refreshing approach on how building a business sometimes can be hard, sometimes involves failing, sometimes involves struggle, but you can still succeed anyway.

So welcome to the Bea Bold in Business podcast, and I cannot wait for you to take your invitation to be bold in your business too. Hello. Okay. Today I want to do something a little bit different, and it's because I think it can be so easy to see things on the outside, but not necessarily see things on the inside.

And today I really want to create an opportunity to take you on the inside, to show you what happens on the inside, and to just give you an insight of what that actually looks like, what it means, what it feels like, and what that entails. So for everyone that is joining live, hello, happy, happy, happy Tuesday. And if you are watching this on the replay or listening back over this in the podcast, what I really want to do today is give you an insight, like I said, on the inside, because I think it's very easy to see results, client wins, testimonials, all of the celebrations, all of this amazing stuff that happens online, but not necessarily see the work and the effort and the things that go into making that happen, and seeing what happens behind the scenes, potentially seeing what clients do day in, day out, the effort that they put in, the support that they have, the strategies that provided for them to actually make these things happen. So I wanted to take you as an insight into my June 14th.

So things have happened today alone, and I just, and the reason I can't stress this enough is I share my client wins with you all of the time, the amazing things that they are producing. But what I also want to do is make sure that you have a constant understanding of what that looks like in the bigger picture, what it means to be supported by me in the bigger picture, because the client wins are great, obviously, but there is a process that goes into that. And I'm going to do a separate live training on this, but there is a real for me, when I speak to potentially new clients, there is this real accelerated perception of experiencing this skyrocketing in their business, and that that needs to happen instantaneously. When there are so many, hello Tony, you sprint up.

I can't wait for some sprint. So there are things that happen that make all of these results a knock on effect. There are so many small incremental steps that go into making a success happen. So let me run you through.

And if you have questions while you're here, please ask them about your business, around your sales, you know, around your progress. I would love to support you whilst you're having your life. I'm so excited as well, Tony, spending eight weeks together. And actually, let me just talk about that and I'm going to talk about my Tuesday 14.

So something I see a lot, if we were to talk about why people don't really make the results they want happen, why they don't make the progress that they want, why things just don't seem to happen, you know, or they feel like they're getting stuck in this like stagnancy. Why is that? That isn't because of strategy or mindset. That is because of accountability and being surrounded by other people taking action.

When you stay on your own and you say into that, it's very easy to get stuck in your own narratives, to get stuck in your own mindset blocks, your own challenges, your own energy blocks and stay there. But when you're surrounded by other people and you see what they're doing, that's a natural motivator. It's a natural insight into what else is possible. And when you have accountability, you show up differently.

And I'm going to give you some really basic examples. Let's say you're a runner, you will always run to a better standing in quality when you're running with someone else or someone is slightly better than you because you want to keep up. You want your motivated by what you see in other performances. So yeah, the reason I'm so excited to tell you the reason that we're doing the summer sprint is because I know that for so many women I speak to, they want to create these amazing results and they want to be this important.

It is not because they need to be pumped for the strategy, they don't need more stuff piled on top of them. They want to be able to have a better space to be held, to have accountability and to actually have someone look and say to them on a weekly basis, what are your steps for this week? What are you working on right now? So it's not just focused on this end result.

It's focused on the day to day of running your business. And the day to day often isn't sexy. The day to day of running your business is often gritty behind the scenes bit by bit. The odd thing here, the odd thing there, admin getting organized, planting the seeds, putting yourself in a situation where all of these small steps are starting to be woven and embedded into your business.

It's not always the front facing. It's not always serving the client. It's not always selling or notching or making money. It's not always promoting a new off-our going to events and networking.

It could be writing a new email, recording a new freebie, making a new masterclass. There are so many things that go unseen in a business that make the business accelerate. And why do people do the day to day unseen when they have accountability? We move at pace when we have the right support, when we have people holding space for us, when we have people showing up and being there and looking at us and just being heard, being seen.

So that's that for you. And that's why I'm so excited, Tony, about summer sprints. So Tuesday 14th June, let me just give you a bit of an insight. These are the things that I've supported my clients with just today.

One of my clients is running a brand new workshop, which will then go into launching one of her brand new passive course offers. And today we were looking at the organisation in the structure of her slides, the content of her slides, what she's actually going to be creating in those slides and how we can create flow for her audience to actually want to buy the thing. So we also then looked at potentially the strategies that she's got, the positioning, how to introduce herself and how to introduce the offer. Another client we were looking at, understanding the price increase strategy and her strategy to promote her freebies and to promote her one-to-one.

So we were creating strategies that allow her to embed the triangulation of her price increase, her strategy for her brand new freebies and how to be maximised people coming into that and drive traffic there. And the strategy to really, really encourage people to find out about her one-to-one offer. Client number three, we were actually looking at giving her some support around managing some of her clients because this is the other thing. We all want to scale up businesses, some more clients become sold out.

But we also want to make sure that they're with the most aligned people possible, that we are working with the dreamiest clients. You don't want to just be working with anyone. You know, you want to be able to manage your boundaries, you want to be able to support your clients in the right way, and you want to make sure that your clients are set up for success. And this is really important.

Now, and someone asked me this the other day in a private conversation, but the way I position how people can work with me, I tend to work with action takers, people that want to move forward, people that want support. You know, they don't tend to be stuck in this paralysis of not doing anything. Of course, we all go through stages of things happening in our life. But on the whole, my clients tend to be real action takers, driven, passionate, quirky, energetic, you know, and we get on the real line.

So client number three, I was supporting her with managing clients as new clients, as new clients are coming into her business, as well as creating a strategy to launch a brand new offer that she's bringing out, which is really exciting. And this is something else that's important in entrepreneurship is innovation, fresh, innovation and listening to that innovation, how are you innovating in your business to make sure that you are serving your audience what they need, but also allowing your business to grow. So that was client number three. Client number four, we were actually looking at her newsletter structure and her website launch.

She's got an amazing new website launching. It's incredible. And how to create a maximize a newsletter, how to optimize a newsletter. What does that look like?

How do we create positive results from a newsletter? How do you actually do that? And what that looks like? Client number five, we had a new client sign up for her using a strategy that I provided.

So I provide my clients with personalized bespoke strategies for them, their energy, their type of business, the type of clients that they work with and the type of service they provide. And this specific strategy, my clients have been using, she's signed a client, so she's actually made back her investment in the Solad Masterminds four and a half months early, so only six weeks in, so super excited for her. Client number six, we were actually looking at her 3D funnel offer and how to promote it. So this is the other thing that's really important.

I don't talk about funnels in terms of how to make them complicated, not to talk, but I do talk about client journey and how do you maximize your client retention. And when I say client that doesn't always need to be a paid client, that could be someone that's a follower on your social media platforms. How do you maximize the value that you can provide the support that you can offer and them staying in your ecosystem? And something that's amazing for that and is a really good opportunity for you to connect with your audience further is to have some kind of freebie that brings them into your email world, which takes them away from social media, but also allows you to filter the people in your social media community that do want further support from you in whatever capacity that could be.

So client number six today, we were looking at what her freebie could be, what that structure of the funnel could be and how to actually promote it, because there are also strategies when you create something, whether it's free, low cost, passive, active, mastermind, high ticket, whatever it is, to ensure that you get maximum impact when it goes out in the world. And if you're looking at wanting to make something evergreen, we still want to have maximum people coming in initially, because of course, if that happens, then you're able to look at data, you're able to actually see if that is working, and then make tweaks and refinements to optimize for when it becomes evergreen. Okay. And if some of this is kind of like, what are you talking about, please just ask me your questions.

I'm more than happy to support you. I'm here with you. Client number seven, we were actually looking at her course structure, which is very exciting. She's bringing that around your course.

So we're looking at the course structure itself, what she's going to include in it. What is the promise of the course? What material is she going to produce to enable them to actually reach that promise and create a content plan and pricing? So how do we create a plan for her to promote this course using social media and free marketing?

I always talk about that. Why would we not use free marketing? That would be to maximize our profits, amazing for your business, and amazing for your profits. And also her pricing structure.

So looking at what we can do to create a really no-brainer of our phone, it's going to be a course self-paced course, and how we can use pricing in a way that will allow her to still scale that. Number, so that's one, two, three, four, five, six, number eight was more about energy support. I was supporting this kind of energy and doing some release work. And that's really, really important.

You know, I did 10 years in teaching the pastoral system. I also, when I've said to my first business, did two years of anxiety and mental health coach. So it is really important for me that my clients get a really well-rounded level of support in whatever they need. Sometimes that will be energy, sometimes it will be emotional support, and sometimes it will be strategy, planning, pricing, you know, all of that juicy stuff.

So that is what we did with client number eight today. Client number nine, we were actually looking at a brand new membership initiative and creating a content plan for her. So this is incredible. And she has, we've been working on this together for a really few months.

There's over a thousand people already generated in her database for something around this. And now we're looking to create a launch plan for the new membership and the new initiative and the timeframe for that. And next week when we meet, we are going to be doing an 11-week content plan to support it. And one thing I will say is some of these clients are in my masterminds, some of these clients are my ones-to-ones.

So this isn't all, there's nine ones on here in one day. And then, so that's active clients I've had calls with. Then in the DMs, I've been supporting a one-to-one client with a lead tracking process. So how can she actually start tracking her leads and what does that look like?

So she wants to start understanding the conversion time for her potential clients. So how long does it take a client from coming into her world to actually then working with her? We, anybody can do that, it starts, it's starting with our leads and actually what we're doing to track them. That is something that I talked through with one of my DMs one-to-one clients.

In my emails today, I'm giving support to another one-to-one client on her workshop slides. So she's about to run one of only two workshops for the rest of this year, incredible. So we're going to be going through those workshops slides, the structure, the content, the order, making sure it's really set up and success. And the other reason that I am so efficient with this is obviously being a teacher and being ahead of here and being this, you know, doing that for a decade, presenting, creating a fish and presentations, making sure that they have a structure as the beginning, middle and ends, making sure we have objectives.

Obviously being a teacher, that's a huge part of what I did. So my clients do utilize me for that skill stage. It's amazing. I'm going to be making her 2022 business plan.

So if a client is working with me in one of my master lines at one-to-one, I ask them if they need to, between calls, because of course, it's not just the calls themselves, it's a journey to send me things in a Google Doc and then I go in and edit them together. So that's one of my clients looking at a 2022 business plan. And then another one of my clients, this is another email in her Google Doc, we're going to be going for a content plan because she's creating a brand new structure for her business for September onwards to generate more income to support more clients. So I've been supporting her with that today as well.

So that is June the 14th, 2022, in terms of active clients supported on calls, one-to-one master minds, DM support for clients and E-Naa support for clients. So you can see from just this very small insight that when I share my client wins, bearing in mind, I do that with you weekly. I do it in my stories, I create reels, I have posts, I do it everywhere, that that doesn't happen instantaneously. I work with my clients intensely to ensure that we are creating the very best results for them.

And that shows, and you see that, I've got two guides on my profile for Q1 client results and Q2 client results. You can see them all. There are so many case studies. I'm going to share more about them as well.

If you think about the results that they get, this is the work that goes in behind the scenes, which a lot of the time doesn't get spoken about. So I wanted to share that with you today. I wrote to my next down because there's just so many. As an insight, as one, what it's like to work with me and the variety of support I can offer, so a lot of the time it is around how to generate more income, how to make money, how to set out.

But that comes with so many other aspects. There needs to be so many other ingredients that go into that recipe. So yes, hopefully that has given you an insight. And if you have listened to the beginning of this and you want to find out more about summer sprints to spend eight weeks together being heavily supportive with accountability, it's not a mastermind.

It's not focused on strategy. It's not focused on really going into depth as to what you might need and applying on more things. It's all about accountability and you're making progress. You're set up to Q4.

So you're using your summer to take consistent action, to get yourself into a space where you are making consistent weekly steps to move your business forward. You know what your needle levers are. You've got more focus. You know what you want to spend your focus.

You have intention and purpose. We look at your goals. I mean, making sure these things are actually happening. Happening.

This is the key thing. So what are you going to be talking about it? If you want to learn how to implement and execute to a higher consistent standard, then the summer sprint could be something you want to find out more about. So it's a week summer sprints.

We have two people already joined and hasn't even launched yet. There's a maximum of eight spaces. And we don't officially open the doors until tomorrow. So if you do want to find out more about joining us for the summer sprint and getting on the start line, then please please just send me a DM or messically with the web sprints and I can send you all of the information whether you're watching this now or on the replay.

So I hope this was a nice insight into spending a day with me. And I'm really looking forward to speaking tomorrow about how we can make sure that you are taking consistent action as well and moving your business forward. So yes, if you are just joining us now, I would definitely recommend you going to listen to this back 100%. And I will see you all very, very soon.

Have a Tuesday, everyone.
