What Jiu Jitsu taught me about playing the long game.

from The Unstoppable Dad Project · host Matthew Noonan

Today marks a year since I recieved my Purple belt in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. The achievement meant a lot to me, those who have trained Jiu Jitsu will understand.  Jiu Jitsu has taught me a lot of lessons that have filtered into many other aspects of my life, but probably one of the biggest lessons is what the long game actually is.  This week I talk about what it has taught me about the long game and how that has effected other aspects of my life including being a Dad.
