There are several different ways to lead and a good leader knows them and uses them very effectively. Having a title should not be the one thing that defines you, but sadly for some, it does. They get offended because you don't call them by their appointed title. Then they use scripture to back up their claims as to why it is very important why you should call them by their title! This is why people need to learn the differences between "Boss-Leader" and "Servant-Leader" because those that do have a very important role in "Servant-Leadership". Servant-Leaders are one who aspires to help others, that desire to become good leaders, be those types of leaders.
