What Makes A Good First Episode?

Episode 191: This week we try and answer the question: What makes a good first episode?  We have talked about the "3 Episode Rule" where you watch the first 3 episodes of an anime and try and judge from there if you want to keep watching; but of course that won't matter if the first episode isn't even worth watching right?
