1 Corinthians 3:5-11The world expects growth to come through strong personalities, persuasive leaders, and effective strategies. But the church grows differently. Pastors and Christians can plant the seed of God’s Word and water it faithfully, but only God can create faith and make it grow.That truth is both humbling and freeing. We do not need to make anyone believe, carry the guilt when someone resists the gospel, or compete for credit when faith bears fruit. Our calling is to keep sharing Christ crucified and risen, trusting God to work through his powerful Word in his time and in his way.
