What Makes Life Fun
from DarrenDaily On-Demand Hosted by Darren Hardy LLC
No matter how visionary your idea or how thorough your plan, something else will ultimately determine how far you go. On DarrenDaily On-Demand, Darren Hardy continues sharing his personal definition of success with its second element, doing what you want WITH WHOM you want to do it, which he calls possibly the most important piece of all. Darren explains how he and his A-Team approach building and protecting the group around them, and he shares a line from Sun Microsystems co-founder Vinod Khosla that reframes how every leader should think about hiring. He applies the same discipline to his personal life, from the friendships he deliberately designs to the associations he refuses to tolerate. This episode dives into why the people you choose may shape your joy and results more than the work itself. Who you let in is always a choice. Get more personal mentoring from Darren each day.
