Our market is absolutely on fire right now, and sellers are selling like they haven’t sold in 10 to 12 years. It reminds me of the market in 2005 and 2006 and how many people were so bummed that they missed out on that opportunity. “ Our market is absolutely on fire right now. ” Well, guess what? This is that time again. Across the country, the median price is actually up over $20,000 from where it was at its peak in 2006.  On the buy side, interest rates are starting to creep up, so there are still some great deals to be had. You have to balance being patient with being aggressive, but they’re out there.
