However, as defensive coordinator Jesse Minter and special teams coordinator Jay Harbaugh are likely leaving as well, combined with Moore becoming head coach, the Wolverines need a new offensive, defensive, and special teams coordinator. I think Michigan needs to accomplish great staff hires and contract extensions to current staffers to guarantee long-term success. I believe SHerrone Moore and Warde Manuel should pursue Jim Leonhard and Brennan Marion as defensive coordinator and offensive coordinator respectively.
