What money lies are you telling yourself?

Julie is an award winning independent financial adviser and a certified financial coach and host of the Women & Money Café Podcast. She is a longstanding member of the multi-award winning Chartered Becketts FS Investment Committee. Her thirst for knowledge continues, and she is due to become an ICF accredited coach in Spring 2023. But... "she doesn't look like one" she says. She's thrown away the heels, the corporate suit, and started to really focus on her client relationships. Years of qualifications and research have led Julie to have a unique understanding of how our brains behave under stress, and how this impacts on our financial decision-making and well-being. Equality and justice are the cornerstones of Julie’s work, and so she focuses on supporting women to be equally represented within financial services, and the world! She spreads the word through her podcast, The Women & Money Café, and as a speaker at events. Julie is best known for her work with women who have lost their partner. She chooses to work with widows as she recognises that these women have unique needs that most financial services companies ignore. Julie lives by the motto that we rise by lifting others up.
