Quitting isn't a smart habit to from because you will end up telling yourself a lie. This explanation is referring to a pattern of quitting especially when it's something that actually works. This will communicate to yourself that you don't follow through and that it's okay to quit. It's better to prove yourself right and follow through with what you've set out to do.
