The 6-foot-4, 180-pound defensive back committed to Iowa State back in June following an official visit. He also took official visits to Washington State and Vanderbilt. Reporter Ryan Snyder and film analyst Thomas Frank Carr discuss his new fit with Penn State. After opening up his recruitment, both Minnesota and Purdue made a push for Williams, but it was his relationship with Campbell and defensive back coach Deon Broomfield that put Penn State in a strong position.
