A shop teacher that has found a way to incorporate multiple styles of teaching to happen, all at once, for a variety of different learning styles. A station-based rotational learning environment that has students teaching each other as they learn and master skills necessary for entering the trade.&nbsp;Multiple converts at his school and across the state have seen the positive growth in their programs and the student's progress.
