What Should Be Done About The ATL Water Boyz?

In the CITY OF ATLANTA for years teenagers have went to intersections to sell water during the summers to raise money or simply make money for themselves.  However since the PANDEMIC an influx of youth, including pre-teens, have joined the corners to the extent Mayor KEISHA BOTTOMS addressed the issue and some were even arrested recently for selling unpermitted water. One of our guest, OKEEBA JUBALO, and founder of Young Black Entrepreneurs magazine, interviewed MAYOR BOTTOMS, about the issue of the WATER BOYZ.  An official from HELPING EMPOWER YOUTH also drops by the show to discuss their efforts to organize some of the young boys by having them wear reflective gear, cleaning up after themselves, and using proper etiquette to sell their waters. What lead to the influx of youth selling water?  How much do they make?  Will the city simply start sweeping the corners and arrested our youth for selling a bottles of water?  Can we get them a permit?  MENTAL DIALOGUE asking the questions America's afraid to ask.
