Over the years of teaching at graduate counseling students at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA, I have often played “The Journal Game” with my students. I have a student call out a number and then I read what is written on that page. It so often becomes a scaffolding of wisdom through the thoughts shared around a quote on the page. Today’s podcast reflects an “aha” I had about my journals after reading a wee story about a chance meeting on a train. Thanks for listening!
