It's about how good or bad you’re systems, your workflows and your SOPs are. Give you a very good example. Look at McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks. All these chains of stores. Do they have Master Chef working for them? Highly skilled, highly experienced? No, they've got 16-year-olds, 18-year-olds flipping burgers all day long. And you will have the same quality in New York, London, in Shanghai, wherever, because they have a system. So it's not the fault of the media buyer that they can't work with you.
