What Stops Doctors from Coming to Idaho with Luke Malek

Luke Malek is an attorney with Smith + Malek and has worked alongside the medical field in and out Idaho for years. He is intimately aware of the issues Idaho is facing with attracting doctors, many of which are centered around the needs of all families and not medicine, like housing affordability, public safety, and public schools. Idaho has very few medical education and residency options, so we have to attract established doctors to move here, and when considering the state from a life and family perspective, many do not come. Luke came in to explain why.
