What Teachers do in the Holidays.

Teachers desperately need time to decompress and recharge those spent batteries over the holidays. But teaching is the job that's never done! So, what should they be doing over the holidays and how can holidays be put to good use not just to relax but also to prepare for the term or year ahead.
