What To Do About Sin? (John 4:16-26)

Hindsight is 20/20. This is a phrase I trust you’ve heard before, but have you ever considered it in light of God’s saving work in your life? I’m not talking about the precise moment that he saved you. No, I’m talking about the numerous times his grace and patience showed up in your life to lead you to that moment of faithful surrender. But it didn’t end at salvation either. His patient grace has continued to show up in your life over and over again, and I wonder if you’re looking for it. In John 4:16-26 Jesus graciously reveals this woman’s deep need for salvation and patiently pursues her until she understands. What did that look like in your life? What does it look like today?
