Life hit me hard yesterday.  The kids have been sick, and I took them to the doctor yesterday. What I thought would take an hour, stretched out over 7 hours.  In this episode, I share what happened, and how I handled it so well. I reveal a few daily practices that I do that I feel helped me handle this roller coaster Saturday afternoon.
