What to Do When Your Prayers Aren’t Answered

from LifeRock Church Hosted by LifeRock Church

What do you do when you’ve prayed, waited, and still haven’t seen an answer? It’s easy to become discouraged, especially when it feels like God is silent or your circumstances aren’t changing. But Jesus reminds us through the story of the persistent widow that we are called to pray and never give up. Prayer isn’t meant to be our last resort. It should be our first response. When we face uncertainty, disappointment, sickness, financial struggles, or simply need wisdom for what comes next, we can bring it all to God. He isn’t an unjust judge who grows tired of our requests. He is a loving Father who hears us, and through Jesus, we have an advocate who welcomes us into His presence. Faith keeps praying when answers seem delayed. Persistence keeps us moving when we feel discouraged. And when we put our faith in God, we can trust that He hears our prayers and that He is working, even when we can’t see it yet.Subscribe to Our Channel! New to LifeRock?
