What to do when you're bullied

Bullying is a serious issue! Almost everyone experiences it at some point in their life and it can cause some very deep-rooted, personal issues and pain that last for the rest of your life! In this video, several youth workers attempt to answer a teenager's question about bullying and how to respond to it. We help you understand why someone might bully someone else, give you some advice and practical tips on what to do when someone bullies you, and hopefully give some encouragement along the way.
