Across the country, some major airports face weather delays as Christmas travelers head home. With storms sweeping the South, Texas is expected to be hit the hardest. CBS News correspondent Skyler Henry has the latest.The Journal of the American Medical Association published a review of more than 100 clinical trials that found at least 2.5 hours of moderate to higher intensity aerobic exercise per week "may help lead to a meaningful decrease" in weight, waist size and body fat. CBS News medical contributor Dr. Celine Gounder explains.After the holiday gifts have been unwrapped, the National Retail Federation predicts nearly $900 billion in goods will be returned starting Friday. This week alone, retailers will see two-to-three times the number of returns than usual.
