What to Look for in a Lawyer Career Coach

So you’ve decided to seek the help of a lawyer career coach to help you redirect your work path? That’s a good first step. You obviously want a change in your current work life but you may have some misgivings in terms of where you’re headed. It’s not an easy situation, and a good lawyer career coach should be able to help you navigate this transition. But as someone who went through the same predicament, I learned that there are certain vital things that must be present in a lawyer career coaching experience that will enable you to successfully make that change.
