Chippewa County offers a wide variety of activities and events from its county seat of Chippewa Falls to terrific towns like Bloomer, Cadott, Cornell, Boyd, Jim Falls, Stanley, New Auburn, and Holcombe. We always love to mention craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries, and Chippewa County offers some great options. They’re not only home to the famous Leinenkugel’s Brewing Company and its Leinie Lodge, but also Brewster Brothers Brewing and Chippewa River Distillery in Chippewa Falls; Bloomer Brewing in Bloomer; and Moon Ridge Brewing in Cornell. Riverbend Winery & Distillery is west of Chippewa Falls near the river, and Dixon’s Autumn Harvest Winery just north of Chippewa Falls are open seasonally for wine lovers of all stripes. Eric, Josh, and Jackie discuss the merits of each. You can get command of the entire county by going to GOChippewaCounty.com, which breaks things out and down in a way that’s easy to find what you’re looking to do, where you want to do it.
