What was Project Rainbow?

One of the best things that Assassin’s Creed does is incorporate real world hoaxes into the series lore. One such hoax is the Philadelphia Experiment: it’s a hoax that says the USS Eldredge went invisible and teleported from the Philadelphia Shipyard.
