What We Are Losing
from FritzCast
I open this episode reading an excerpt from Jeff Shaara's "The Last Full Measure." It is a dialogue between President Abraham Lincoln and General Ulysses S. Grant, in which Lincoln speaks of the exceptionalism of the United States...and exceptionalism I think we lose sight of every day. This episode also covers President Trump's controversial tweet about barring Transgenders from the military, a matter which I extensively wrote about on my blog at https://fritzcast.wordpress.com/2017/07/27/the-tweet-barring-transgenders/Finally, Rep. Justin Amash spoke of how political parties need to die; while Ben Shapiro and Adam Carolla testified to congress in regards to Free Speech and College Campus censorship.
