Today's conversation between Chad Kneller, Martevious Young and I is in response to a conversation between Craig Groeschel & John Maxwell about the greatest leadership quotes and principles from his decades of experience!   Here are some of the high points:   Everything rises and falls on leadership.   You can learn to lead and you can learn to teach leadership. These are areas of your life that CAN grow and develop!   People don't care how much you you until they know how much you care!   How do you express caring for people -- we're all different in the way we connect with others and lead them well!   Leadership is not something you're born with - leaders are grown and developed intentionally over time. EACH person has the potential to be an amazing life changing leader.   This question matters - "How can I add value to your life?"   Management is moving yourself forward at the expense of the people you're with.   You have to be care MAKER rather than a caretaker.    Great leadership has an open door, an open ear and an open heart policy. If you don't like people and don't want to be involved in people's lives, don't even try! You'll do far more damage than good!   If you prefer to watch this episode via YouTube, check it out here: https://youtu.be/GjsXmDW-N5U
