What We Just Went Through & How to negotiate IT

We just went through something that a lot of people knew something changed. The change could have been in the way you thought about the way that you feel your emotions and also it might have been where you felt other spirits or the other dimensions around you. As we're going through these new upgrades and these new understandings it's time to update our old truths aren't setting into a newer platform for us. With that that I even personally had to do another house clearing in my own house and finding a way to integrate in the new energies that are coming in. I heard a lot of people over the last week being dizzy, not feeling well. yes there's colds and stuff going around yet at the same time there's this other underlining thing that's happening to our bodies.
