"What We Need" | 2 Peter 1:1-11

God has already given us everything we need for life and godliness, as Peter reminds us in his second letter. We often struggle with spiritual comparison, wondering if we have the right gifts to serve God effectively, but each believer has a unique purpose in God's kingdom. The evidence of salvation is that quiet voice urging us toward Christ and obedience. Our spiritual growth comes through deepening our knowledge of God, not through obtaining what we don't have. By embracing God's promises, we become partakers of His divine nature, transformed from our sinful state into His righteousness.
