The 2025 legislative session is only weeks away in the state of Utah. One of the issues they will focus on right off the bat is homelessness. What will finally work to end homelessness in Utah? What should we spend money on that will actually work? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View.
