What will Happen in Dugan Hearing?

Former Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan was supposed to be sentenced today following her conviction of obstruction of justice in her part hiding an illegal immigrant from ICE agents in her courtroom. Instead, Dugan will head to the federal courthouse for a hearing to see if that guilty conviction will be upheld or will be thrown out.
