What Wins You the Debate - Love Languages? Try Values Instead

Come along as we figure out how a debate about a Gift Card got us so off track...Who Do you think was in the Right/ Wrong?Let's break it down,In order to communicate clearly, we need to know what our Values at 3 specific levels (found inside the RISE signature container), here's a condensed version:1) Write down what you Value in any kind of COMMUNICATION (Kindness, Calm Communication, Swearing)2) Write down what you Value in any kind of LIFESTYLE situation (so for Parenting - do you Value Gentle Parenting? For work do you Value Flexibility?)3) Write down what you Value deep in your CORE (Authenticity, Connection, etc)Once you've done this, ask your partner to do it too. Find out where you're the same? And where you have some work to do to find curiosity and kindness and empathy toward Values that may just be slightly different to your own. And then make a plan to accomodate both!Need some support?
