Since starting to seriously take over my fitness back in February, how and why I got started at a gym  2. Setting a goal and keeping at that goal and how others react to your changing body   3. Staying humble is key, fitness journey is a long journey and really don't be discouraged when your body changes slowly or of how you feel and working on that discipline  4. For YOU the listener, starting your fitness journey is something that will benefit all parts of your life whether knowingly or unknowingly, no one cares what you put or do with your body but yourself, so be the change you wanna be and start at it, whether it be a small step or big step, it will lead you to a better you in the future. Always strive for a better you!   (If you are looking for a routine at the gym, try this! And switch and add whatever you'd like!)   FULL BODY WORKOUT (10 reps, sets 3) (weights/lbs. is what you can do) (Upper Body) Standing Military press/Shoulder Press (35lbs), Jackhammer curls (35lbs) dumbbells shrugs (35lbs) triceps extensions/bicep curls (35lbs) dumbbell bench press (30lbs-35lbs /80lbs-100lbs on machine) Lat's pull-down (95lbs-100lbs)  (LEGS) Linear leg press (180lbs) SQUATS (30lbs or 100lbs) on machine) Romanian deadlifts (30lbs or 85-95lbs on machine ) -takes about an 1 hour to do all of this- And 20 mins of any form of cardio at the end of workout.   Be sure to *FAVORITE* this podcast and share it around on your social media if you liked it or learned from it!
