What You Can Learn from a "Normal Guy" Pursuing Data Science (Nash Mundondo) - KNN Ep. 154
from Ken's Nearest Neighbors · host Ken Jee
Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Nash Mundondo. @datanash8200 thought he could never learn to code. At 16 he dropped out of his high-school computer science class, and at 23 he dropped out of his Sports Science masters because it had 1 coding module and he thought he couldn't handle it. Now there's nothing he loves more than coding and data science. He is currently documenting his journey on YouTube to show others who think they can't learn code or data science, that if he can do it, they can too. Today we talk about how Nash struggled with self learning, how he landed his internship, and how ChatGPT played into his school life.
