What You Don't Know Could Make You Better

Demolition has officially begun on the new redevelopment of the office/studio for my agency Congruent. It took TWO YEARS to get to this point. After multiple properties, banks, and a pandemic, we are finally moving!

All of this has me thinking about all the things we probably wouldn’t start if we really knew what it would take to get to the end.

We often get going with SOME idea of what it will take, but many times, it takes far more. And that is ok.

The reality is that as we move through the struggles, we get stronger, more resilient, and more capable of handling the things that come our way.

“I wouldn’t want to go through it again, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.” Is something I’ve said often and will surely be saying again.

Whatever is “in process” in your life right now, I hope you have the perspective you need to keep pushing.
