What You Need to Know About Healing Your Body

from That’s Not Normal Podcast

Energetic Imbalance is where almost ALL disorders (physical, mental, emotional) stem from. Imagine any disorder being like a weed in your flower garden. For the most part, your life can be filled with flowers, and you don’t notice one small weed. But over time that weed grows and grows (disorder or illness) and it begins to take over the flower garden. Many times when you go to the doctor to help you with this issue, they pull off the top of the weed (help to elevate symptoms or fix to the best of their ability) but most of the time to ROOT remains. And what happens to a weed if the root remains? It grows back over and over again, spreading throughout the flower garden and eventually taking it over completely. Emotional trauma, negative events and life experiences, toxic environments, worrying, stress, and guilt can all contribute to an imbalance in either your spiritual or physical body energetic systems.
