Are you ready to get real with yourself for the purpose of getting into action towards your ideal body today? If you answered YES then great! Grab pen and paper and get ready to Get Real on this week's free weight loss podcast, only on The JoLynn Braley Show. You're going to learn what your food and weight struggles are really costing you for the purpose of helping yourself to get a move on towards the healthy, fit, strong and sexy body you'd love to live in. In order to get into that body though, you've gotta stop the denial and delusion that you put yourself through when you tell yourself that "I'll lose weight someday!". Here's the problem with that: there is no someday. Someday isn't on the calendar and someday will never ever come. Instead, you will need to get to the point where you are taking action now, in your present moment, to consistently move towards your ideal body meal after meal, day after day, week after week. When you can do this and do it without struggle or self-sabotage, then it will be a piece of cake (and you probably won't even want cake anymore). Whatever you do now determines what you will weigh tomorrow. So when you avoid the big problem you have with food and your weight and you keep minimizing it to put it off until tomorrow, that action is creating more overweight for you tomorrow. How will you be able to lose weight and keep it off like that? Make sense? What Your Food and Weight Struggles Are Really Costing You If you really want to lose weight and keep it off but you keep telling yourself you'll do it tomorrow then listen in now to episode 93 of The JoLynn Braley Show and learn why you should not watch My 600-lb Life.
