Litter On The Breeze returns by looking out of the window and taking in some of the sights, sounds, and oh yes, smells of Suede's 'Coming Up' album! Today we are joined by another Person Who Was There In The Nineties in the form of Cllr Richard Lawley , with whom I have been known to attend the odd Suede gig  - as you will hear about!
