What's a Fly-In If You're Not Flying In?

This week's episode of The Anchor Exchange brings together Michael Pina from the University of Richmond and Wendy Ayala from Collegiate Directions to discuss the recruitment of minoritized and underserved student populations and a critical programming component in engaging with those students: the fly-in program.
