What's being done to help healthcare in the U.S.?

The cost of healthcare remains expensive in the US and continues to rise. President Trump campaigned on bringing down the prices, including on prescriptions. His administration has introduced TrumpRx.gov to provide direct access to lower prices for cash-paying patients. But is it helping, and what's being done from a public standpoint to help fix the problem?
