What's God's Verdict on Your Life? | God's Verdict | Galatians 2:15-16 | with Joshua Sanders

In Galatians 2:15-16, Paul arrives at the very heart of the Gospel and answers one of the most important questions a person can ever ask: How can a sinful person stand before a holy God and receive a favorable verdict? After confronting Peter in Antioch and exposing the danger of adding anything to the Gospel, Paul makes it crystal clear that our acceptance before God is not based on our performance, our religious activity, our heritage, or our ability to clean ourselves up.It is based on one thing alone: Jesus Christ. In this message, we discover why justification by faith is the foundation of the Christian faith and why Martin Luther called it "the doctrine by which the church stands or falls."Whether you've been in church your entire life or you're still searching for answers, this passage confronts every one of us with a simple but life-changing question:What are you trusting in?
