Ceuta, a Spanish city on the North African coast, is grappling with the aftermath of a massive migrant surge equivalent to three-quarters of its population, 60,000 migrants entered it on Thursday and Friday, Authorities say at least 72 people drowned trying to swim around the border barriers.
