WELCOME TO THE MWSA PODCAST FOR THURSDAY, JAN 16TH  After more than 15 months of bitter war in Gaza and uncertainty over the fate of the hostages, Israel and Hamas – appear to be close to agreeing to a ceasefire. So, what’s ‘holding up’ the negotiations – and what exactly would a ceasefire look like in this case? We get the thoughts of Dr. Casey Babb, Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute in Ottawa. Next – we explore the topic of ‘age-ism’ in the workplace – specifically, the impact it can have on our mental health.
