To pay attention Ideal story Identify the essential and      pull it out from the rest Find the noble in yourself,      find the sacred in yourself Be disappointed when you do      not find and use your better self, the path to meaning in life Be vulnerable, find      connection, grow from those connections Have those people help you       see your blind spots Look to find the monsters      inside of yourself, not in those around you Identity politics: trump and       the Mexicans Kennedy, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. In this path of taking       responsibility, you will find meaning And from the meaning can       flow peace After you examine your life        a thousand times Make corrections and a        thousand small improvements See the truth, don't lie …       otherwise, all is an illusion Bridge example for an engineer Also, look at the fruit that        "your truth" bears to discover what is truth Taste the fruit that you        are lucky enough to fall in your hand Is it sweet or bitter What faces do your friends and enemies make when they taste your fruit?
