What's Justice like for our Wounded Veterans?

20 veterans die by suicide every day. These soldiers defend our country with courage and valor and the way back home isn't easy, especially for those suffering from PTSD. Recently, more families filed lawsuits against doctors for mistreating veterans suffering from PTSD. In this episode of Run It By My Lawyer, Joe Samo details two lawsuits filed against medical providers for not being able to prevent a soldier's suicide. There's a lot to unfold when a family seeks damages against doctors when their loved one dies from self-inflicted injuries. One soldier served two tours in Iraq, seeing fellow soldiers die in front of him and witnessing innocent children dying. Carrying that type of emotional pain with him was difficult.
