What's meant to be won't pass you by

from The Calm & Happy Home

Hello and welcome back to the Feng Shui flow. I wanted to keep things really open and honest with you all in this episode by sharing about going through some disappointing "no's" recently in my business - a book deal falling through and an exciting brand opportunity getting delayed. At first, I really let those rejections bring me down vibrationally. I realised how important it is to let yourself fully process and feel those types of disappointing emotions, rather than suppressing them, even allowing myself a restorative, stress-releasing cry. I made a conscious effort to bring my vibration back up through gratitude practices, self-care like acupuncture, and choosing more positive thought patterns. I really feel that raising my energy is what allowed a potential TV opportunity to come up during my trip back to the UK!I'm taking a little break from the podcast while I'm away, but I wanted to leave you with this: Don't force toxic positivity when disappointments happen. Give yourself grace to feel it, process it, and then intentionally lift your vibration.
