'What’s Mine Is Not Yours' & 'Designer Bag Frenzy' & 'Bailing Out a Buddy'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff is suing his estranged wife because he claims she stole money from his bank account. The defendant says she is in the process of paying the plaintiff back, and she is countersuing for rent and emotional distress. Then, The plaintiff took several designer handbags to the defendant to sell at her consignment shop. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant closed her shop without telling her and never sold the bags, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she did not contact the plaintiff but insists she was suffering from PTSD after someone robbed her store. Plus, The plaintiff and defendant met while they were both in the Marines. They lived together briefly, but then he asked her to move out. He says he bailed the defendant out of jail, but she never paid him back, so he’s suing. The defendant thinks the plaintiff is only suing her because he doesn’t approve of her new boyfriend.
