In December, AJ Capital Partners released its plans to build high rises at Belle Meade Plaza in West Nashville. The proposed redevelopment includes space for condos, apartments, a hotel and retail space. Most agree that the strip mall is due for a face lift. So who gets to say what gets built in the old shopping center’s place?
