You would think calm, intelligent and pro-active minds would want to de-escalate the war conflict between Russia and Ukraine? No, French President Emmanuel Macron last month said he could not rule out the deployment of ground troops in Ukraine in the future, with many Western countries distancing themselves from that while others, especially in eastern Europe, expressed support. Provide a solution, de-escalate the conflict and end the war if you truly want to be seen as a leader on the new world marketplace.
