What’s the ETA of Contactless EMV?

In the beginning of July, Bank of America started mailing contactless cards to customers in New York, Boston and San Francisco. Chase and Wells Fargo are also getting in the game, sending contactless cards to new customers, as well as existing customers when their current card expires.
